Generate OTP for VAS User

You are here:
  1. This API should be used by partners where taxpayers are not onboarded by them
  2. OTP will be sent to the user whose user ID is passed by the API user.
  3. OTP will be valid for 10 min
  4. If user is onboarded by taxpayer, add user api should be referred to get auth token
